At Allens Boots, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn boots and apparel. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items back into their original boot box and secure them inside a separate shipping container to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
