What is your return policy for footwear?
We accept returns on unworn boots within 30 days of delivery. Boots must be in their original packaging and show no signs of wear on the leather outsoles; we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface.
How long does shipping take within the United States?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your boots for a specific event.
Are your exotic skin boots ethically sourced?
Yes, all of our exotic leathers, including ostrich, alligator, and lizard, are sourced from suppliers that comply with CITES regulations and international wildlife trade standards.
Do you offer boot repair or resoling services?
While we do not perform in-house repairs, we partner with master cobblers and can provide recommendations for high-quality resoling and heel replacement to extend the life of your boots.
How should I care for my new leather boots?
To maintain the leather, we recommend regular cleaning with a damp cloth followed by a quality leather conditioner. For suede or exotic skins, use specialized cleaners designed specifically for those materials.
